In The Hamptons for the next couple of weeks. With our 2 daughters (and the dog). My son will be joining us tomorrow. This weekend was mostly sitting on the beach and eating out at restaurants.

Drinking ice water and watching a cooking show with my mom.

Long weekend of taking the girls to horseback riding lessons, music lessons, driving them around the neighborhood in the golf cart, play dates and dinner with their friends, rearranging the house, watching F1 qualifying and GP (race today was fantastic!) and taking everyone out to eat. Kids are sleeping early. Wrapping up the weekend with one of my favorite Padrons, then will shower, crawl into bed, and watch Agents of Shield with the wife until we pass out.

Made it over to my friend's house for catching up and cigars. He just bought the place as a summer house and starting an expensive renovation this fall. We started out with Padrons. It was a robusto extra size cigar. Round and I think No. 2 or No. 4. Not very familiar with their cigars, but it was really good. I brought JL No. 2's which mine was tight. I would've rather had another Padron! 

Even though we haven't seen each other in 30+ years, it was like old times and still quite aligned in taste and views. Not having to tread lightly on subjects. He's building 500' sq. cigar room overlooking the water that should be phenomenal.

Best part is our taste in cars.
