Partagas Culebra

3 bound funky sticks in a coffin. Plenty of history to the concept.

However, is the Partagas Culebra any good or just a gimmick cigar?

Let us know ;)

I wish "Burnt Toast" was a flavor option in the survey. I can probably count the Culebras I've smoked on both hands, but they've never disappointed. Its always fun to light up the whole triplex, with a couple other guys, often after we've all had our first cigar. It always amazes me that they even smoke. I can honestly say I've never had nor heard of a single construction issue with these.

Likewise, I've never had a bad one in terms of construction. In terms of flavour, maybe I've had one that I didn't enjoy (because it was too powerful), so that was definitely an anomaly.

It is both a gimmick and terrific cigar.  Sure wish they offered a non-twisty of the same cigar.

Love these. I don't have them very often but when I do I have yet to be disappointed.  The blend is somewhat atypical of Partagas I frequently smoke. And that's not a bad thing.  They're fun smokes and draw very well despite their twisted form. :)

I've never been tempted as this looks so gimmicky. Have I been blind?

If you like skinny powerful cigars, yes.

Just love these when I can find them. Tasty and twisted.

I've had 2, or 6? (I never know how to count them) of the Partagas variety I'm not above buying a gimmick that can also be used/smoked. The coolest thing about them in my opinion is the coffin.

I have a few Hamlet culebras but haven't put flame to them yet.

I get it. It is a bit of a gimmick, but one with an interesting history. Never had a construction issue, solid Partagas flavour, and a great way to enjoy the same cigar with two friends. Always a conversation starter when I bring them out.
