Okidoki. Just up the road ...and then a little further down that road toward the beach . In house a Cohiba Robusto $203 .70........that is for a single .

El Rey Del Mundo Choix supreme $73.80. Or 44 notes if you buy them on line.

Members are steering clear of Cubans due to price and more so due to consistant construction problems...for the large part ...underfilled.

Behike are available $425 $660 $880 for a single 😁

Cubans , well sadly people are searching for something else. Plenty of non Cuban 5 ,  8 and ten packs available of mixed cigars. They sell.

Orders from the US are slow coming in and  what did take a week now takes a month and then some . My last order on the 5th Jan  from Florida is in Sydney and that is with global priority.

What does surprise me that in Aus   you can purchase  My Farther , Oliva etc lanceros for $42. Fuente Opus X are available.

Retailers are trying harder then ever with constant email and text with offers . I wish them well and will continue to purchase bits and pieces. Tough gig at the moment.😎🌴

Perfect timing for this thread. Just received an email this morning from a vendor with 5-6 different Trinidad’s on a pretty significant markdown. Looks like they’re starting to stack up.

The “discounting” of small format Trini and Cohiba has begun in earnest, as expected. Of course relative to the price a year ago they’re still way up. We’ll see if people bite, but there’s only so far they can be discounted before you’re selling at a loss. They could end up like the old RyJ tubos, something most retailers don’t actually want to take stock of. Just four times the price.

It's hard to find, but there are places to get cigars.

Interesting to see a B&M price in USD - may I ask the (presumably Spanish speaking) country these were taken in?)

Beirut Airport LCDH is my global barometer for CC's and it looks grim.  Their inventory is all online since you order ahead for layover's.

Got the same email, made me giggle.

I browse an online merchant from a former British colony couple times a month waiting for some staples to appear. Quite honestly don’t know how they stay in business since it’s solidly slim pickings. Did find some HU no.2 randomly though.

Non Cubans are a two day deal to Hawaii, wish Cubans (and especially from FOH) were the same!

And today they sent out discounted cohibas... And lo. So began the great discounting. Still way above anything from a couple of years ago mind.

Germany speaking. You can find Trinidad easily - even online. That's basically it. For everything else ask your local shop if it's available and/or if you can be put on the waiting list. It's just a disaster.

Beirut, Istanbul, Qatar, Dubai airports stock dries up in less than 24hr. once the word gets out (mainly WhatsApp groups) of a new stock, people already booked their two-way tickets.

crazy folks.

Could barely find anything, even NC's which LCDH's are now selling.

All things considered there is a decent selection at my local store. But still slim compared to pre covid. Trinidad's are piling up and the store stopped ordering them as they're not selling. They say they make an order at Habanos and they get about 10% of the order made.

Sofia, Bulgaria.

Most shops are owned by the importer and are receiving stock once a week/2 weeks.
Most of the times there no more that one box of a kind.
Cohibas and Trinidad’s aren’t selling like everywhere else. Everything else flies of the shelves pretty quickly.
Recently there are many boxes of RA supperiores coming to the stores(one box at a time). From Nov 20. Sadly most of them are moldy AF. Another surprise- few boxes of hoyo petit robustos from 18-19.

LCDHs are selling Cubans, if you buy multiples in value of NCs with it. CC availability is not great, with mostly just one or two boxes of each. 10+ boxes of all Cohiba and Trinidad available easily.

We are in a peak cigar dreamers market. Absolutely everything you can think of is now days available. So much stuff coming out of the woodwork you wonder who has been hoarding it all of this time. Price is ofcourse high.

Interestingly though. Gran reservas are almost reasonably value for money compared to standard stuff 😂😂😂

What I think is the trick now. With cohiba sitting on shelves, retailers will be in no rush to replenish from their distributor. I wonder what will happen now. Cohiba probably going to be a roll once once a year job. Trinidad probably once every two years.

We obviously don’t know full scale of the equation but absolutely everything sells out here. So we’re all still buying. It’s just the B&Ms that can’t make a sale with people walking in.

I don’t know a lot of B&M in Shanghai, but know of a small store tucked away in a shopping mall that primarily sells expensive Chinese spirits.  It’s usually stocked with an array of 10-15 boxes of CC that move (Partagas, Montecristo, HDM, HU, Trinidad, Cohiba).  I’m not sure if the prices are representative for other B&Ms, and they have some type of membership discount (15-20%), but no box for less than US$1k.  A box of CoRo for US$4k+.  It hurts my feelings.

When will Habanos finally realize no one really gives an F about Trinidad like Cohiba?  There's no status to smoking Trinidad.  They're good cigars, but only a half step nicer than the regular marcas.  Just nicer packaging and pig tails.

Went to the lcdh in Windsor which is the only one left in Canada now. Shelves looking pretty bare, regular production is available but there's not much of it. A small selection on NCs. Good amount of Cohiba and Trinidad sitting there compared to everything else. New pricing kicked in Jan 15th according to the owner, siglo 6 is $180 CAD.

They did have a few rare boxes, 1997 Sancho panza Sanchos, some punch from the 90's as well. Not much else, pretty sad selection compared to what they used to be.

I’m worried they won’t give up anytime soon, and force distributors to eat losses on Trini the only way they can - by increasing prices elsewhere. Hope I’m wrong!
