Weird Box Code

Just received a couple of 10 count D4s with a box code that is very unusual.  Anyone have an explanation for  "FBR" rather than "FEB" or factory code "TRS?"

Also e.g. stamped SET (setiembre) instead of SEP.

I have seen that code come through 

I followed it up with Habanos and that said that the "E" emigrated to Miami. 

Unofficially, the letter "R" is under heavy surveillance

It’s the proper abbreviation of FuBaR. Should be good to go!

September in spanish is septiembre with the P.
