Got back from Montreal last week, had a hell of a good food experience there.

Poulet Marengo braise sauce repurposed as an agrodolce for a carb-free salmon dish. I still gained a f—g pound off it.

Fogo de Chão for lunch with the missus. One of the best crab cakes I’ve had west of the Mississippi. Delectable pork belly with honey. Excellent caipirinhas.
