Searched and couldn't find any reviews of 2019 or 2020 production.

Are they worth the price?

Temped to get a few to try

Have had a few Tubos that I believe were 19s. To me and my taste they need several years to develop the Cohiba flavors I seek out.
Thanks for the info.

Yeah, I have noticed that most people seem to believe almost all Cohibas really need a few years age to really come to life.

Haven't had any aged Cohibas yet, but do have a 2012 Esplendidos I was generously gifted, so will give it a try one of these days. Unfortunately, I have never had a recent production one to compare to, so I should really pick one up for comparison.

Just very pricey like all Cohibas and difficult to find as singles.

Only Cohibas I smoke regularly are the Siglo II's. Great smoke, even recent production ones, and relatively affordable for a Cohiba.

Do have some Coronas Especials, Robustos and Exquisitos in my stash currently only because I splurged on last month's order thanks to the stimulus check.

They get a lot of love on the forum and they're good cigars but for the money, I'd rather have QdO 54.

I don't mind paying up for Cohiba but Medio Siglo isn't one that wows me like others do.  (Esplendidos, CPE, III, V, VI, CE)

I know that the Esplendidos are very highly regarded, so I'm looking forward to my first one, and a well aged one at that.
Really like to have a recent production Cigar of all the aged ones I have for comparison, otherwise the nuances of age are kinda wasted on me. Unfortunately the Esplendidos are crazy expensive, so may never be able to get one to compare to.

Also glad to hear that you have been wowed by the CE's. The ones I have will be my first of the vitola

I have a half dozen Medio Siglo tubos but haven’t fired one up yet. Only had them a couple months. Going to wait at least another 4 before trying one.

Nice. Would love to hear your opinion on them when you try one, especially a recent production one.

Haven't had many Cohibas, but have definitely enjoyed the ones I have

Grab some Tubos when on sale. Try one after say 3-4 months and bury for a year or so and sample one every 6 months or so until you hit sweet spot you are looking for in that vitola.

Cool.
Thanks for the info.
Seems the Tubos are more popular which typically isn't the case with anything else.
Any reason why?

Smoked a 19 tubos yesterday. Was very nice, but likely needs a few more years down. I’m still hesitant to but too many Cohiba with so many other outstanding sticks available for less.

Funny. I must have gotten a one off. My very first purchase was a Medio. All I can say is "DAMN!" Knocked my socks off and sent me down this path. Been chasing that experience ever since. Now after being on this forum a while I know I have to wait and will gladly do.

Funny thing is, some boxes are great rott and some not. THEN from the same box the first one is great and seems like the rest enter the "sick period" and need the rest most people describe. Weird to me but I am loving the journey/discovery/experimentation parts of it .

Plus I will hit up other members who I know have gone before me for their opinions on specific vitolas. ( Again many thanks, you know who you are 😁)
