Many thanks to our host for his supreme 24:24 offerings as of late. They got hung up in the mail, but finally arrived. I think I may need to make Cabinet Tuesday a proper tradition! Lol. I love this vitola.I totally agree with you on the 898 being my favorite vitola from Partagas. It is actually one of my top 5 go to Habanos and has been, on occasion, in my top 10 all time. The only Partagas that's beaten it has been an 89 SdC No.1. I'll have to get pictures when I'm on my computer for you of that cigar. It was truly a special smoke. The compromise vitolas now, and I wonder how long they will last, are the LGC Medaille D'oro and Por Larranaga Montecarlos. A quarter box each of PTR Oct 16 Sancho Panza Belicosos and SOM Nov 16 Cohiba Siglo III (my favourite Siglo vitola - I'm so happy these came up on 24:24).
