  3. I would get a box of Cohiba Medio Siglo and H.Upmann Mag 54. Both new this year, both I never tried and both I can never probably afford to buy.
  4. Wow. I am just about to head out to bed. It is after midnight here. Thank you Rob for good contest and timing was great! I honestly never thought I could do it, but one thing after another the last tipping point was the yearly check up at my doctor and some bloodwork. My sugar was high. It was still normal but borderline high and doc just simply told me that if I dont change my lifestyle of eating then eventually I will be diabetic. That was the day I went complete 180 and started my low carb/no sugar diet and eliminated many tasty things I loved all my life =) But for some reason it was not hard. Being born and raised Russian I love my potatoes, spaghetti, rice and all the sweets. Just had to stop and switch to healthy fats and proteins and geens. Also signed up with dietitian and physical adviser to get proper guidance (my health insurance covers the cost) and my wife joined me too as she was always healthy eater. She could not take my strict diet though and still had some bread and other carbs =) So this stage I wanted to lean out and drop as much body fat as I could . Next step is build some lean muscle and tone up. Last time I was this light was probably about 20 years ago when I was 17 =) I love how light I feel. Need new clothes and pants, but that is a little price to pay. thank you everyone and I am going to bed.
  5. I got to my goal and then some! I think being insane busy at work this month and eating less usual helped alot. Plus daily bike rides to work in better spring weather helped too. It was a great journey and now its time to start to build some muscle mass now that the fat trimming part is done. Last time I was this skinny was about 20 years ago! Amazing what person can do when they are told that if they dont loose weight and start eating healthy they will end up with diabetes. Thank you for this year Fat Bastard competition and timing was great! =)

  7. Here is another quick and Keto / Low Carb friendly dessert. I do crave for sweets sometimes and this one just hits the spot. So Tasty! Creamsicle Jello Ingredients: 2 cups of boiling water 1 box of sugar free jello 1 cup of sour cream 1 cup of heavy whipping cream Add two cups of boiling water to Jello and follow direction on mixing. (mix fast for 2 min) or use kitchen mixer. Add 1 cup of Sour Cream and keep on mixing. Add 1 cup of Whipping Cream and keep on mixing... this is where powered mixer is nice! Separate them in 4 to 8 containers and place in the fridge to chill for about 10-12 hours. Enjoy! Calories, Carbs, Fat and Protein. Jello - Sugar Free, 1box (8.5 cup version) Sour Cream - 16tbs, (30g) Heavy Whipping CREAM - 16tbs (15ml) This will make 4 Servings. Total Calories 1320 (330 per serving), Carbs 8 ( Only 2 per serving), Fat 120 (30 per serving)
  8. Taking one now. Pushing hard to get under 200lb. I honestly dont even remember when I weighted that little. I started new life style last November (Low Carb, No Sugar) and now to the point of counting calories intake and it is working again. Current Weight 218.6lb
