This was posted on another cigar forum that is an offshoot from a very different group. I do not know the person posting and there is no backstory or explanation. All the comments were generally positive and no one questioned the obvious. I might comment or at least message the person or I might just stay out of it.

I would message the individual person and explain why these are fakes.     They have a right to know--without embarrassment.   Then they can decide if they want to enlighten the rest of the group.

Hey.......surely 1% of cigars rolled on the top of toilet cisterns,  filled with pubic hair, actually taste pretty nice........just like the 30% of cigars that come out of El Laguito, that are uninteresting, and underwhelming.

Any and every resort city in the Caribbean, Mexico, and from anyone who came from Cuba and bought a box from someone who had a cousin who works in the factory and was able to sneak them out and get you a great deal.

Someone just came in to the LCDH Tijuana 5 minutes ago with a glass-top 5-box of "Cohiba Robustos" they just bought for $30 down the street asking if they were real...so yes, the fugazi business is still booming.
