I am definitely a believer after my vision improved so much so quickly. Their stuff is not cheap, $50/mo just for the macular support. With how well this thing works and how much better my vision is I am thinking it is the best $1.75 I spend all day! I can’t even get a road soda at 7-11 for that!

Creatine is something that almost everyone can benefit from, even elderly folks for help with cognition. 
Do yourself a favor and don’t do the “loading phase”. Just keep a steady 5mg per day and you can do that indefinitely.

A friend of mine and I did his thesis on Creatine and this is going back a while at the University of Western Australia. No statistical differences in performances were observed in long term maintenance during training that might be meaningful for elite performers using CR. 

However those talking a placebo had times that were consistently faster using a double blind study method.  

Today the only thing I take is Chaga and Lions maine. I have noticed a significant difference in memory function since taking them over the last year. In fact there is not a person on this planet who cannot be trusted with keys as much as I. Now it's as though a clear picture appears in my head where I left them last. It's not just keys phone wallet , cutter , lighter etc. Great stuff !
