Cubadust Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 So we got a new RyJ here in Sweden today. I’ve totally missed this. Is it old news? Romeo Y Julieta Petit RoyalesVitolaCorona Extra DimensionerLängd: 3 3/4" (95 mm)Ring: 47 (18.6 mm) Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk 1
Danimalia Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 I’d seen it on the Habanos releases list, but haven’t seen much discussion I’d be curious to know what the pricing is. In line with the other half Coronas or other small cigars.
Cubadust Posted December 1, 2017 Author Posted December 1, 2017 Just checked and it’s priced as the PSD.6. 85 swedish kronor / roughly €8.5 / $10usd. The Upmann Half Corona is €5.5 I believe. Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk 1
Cubadust Posted December 1, 2017 Author Posted December 1, 2017 I like the size!Yeah, I kind of like it too. Not really sure about the price, though. Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk
Danimalia Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 Yeah, that’s what I was afraid of. It’s a short smoke priced higher than other petit cigars.
Cubadust Posted December 1, 2017 Author Posted December 1, 2017 Yeah, that’s what I was afraid of. It’s a short smoke priced higher than other petit cigars.Yeah, pricing it in ”Partagas Serie D” territoy seems a little odd. Here it is btw. Lotusguy Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 My guess is they will sell just as well as the D6 at that price 2
Danimalia Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 They look like nice cigars. If you try any, let me know how they area.
Homer Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 I have thought that people will buy anything at any price. Crazy days.
Cubadust Posted December 1, 2017 Author Posted December 1, 2017 I have thought that people will buy anything at any price. Crazy days. For Limiteds I can see it. Not overpriced regular production. But I’ll wait and see what the non-swedish price will be. And I’ll buy a single or two just to try them out. Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk 1
rckymtn22 Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 I just came across them on another site for $262USD. Like the size but not the price. Was in Cuba and didn't see them but wasn't looking either.
zeedubbya Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 Another overpriced small cigar I’ll probably like and not buy. Is this every cigar smokers destiny? To complain about the price increase and the size increase and continue smoking PCs and skinnies and when they discontinue those to complain some more? Ugh Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 3

JohnS Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 They are a 2017 release, but unfortunately, like nearly all recent regular production additions, they carry a premium price.

Cubadust Posted December 20, 2017 Author Posted December 20, 2017 So, bought a couple of sticks today, will probably test one tomorrow. Expected it to look a little fatter, but it feels well constructed and pretty compact. A D6 and a HUHC for comparison. RyJ - D6 - HUHC 3 1
garbandz Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 absurd price. wake me when these go on sale........... 1
Lotusguy Posted December 21, 2017 Posted December 21, 2017 absurd price. wake me when these go on sale........... Same price as Short Churchills - I know where my money goes 1

Popular Post LordAnubis Posted December 21, 2017 Popular Post Posted December 21, 2017 Does it annoy the c r a p out of anyone else that the short Churchill is not actually just a cut down Churchill and the petite Churchill is not actually a cut down Churchill either..... but this bloody thing that’s actually A CUT DOWN CHURCHILL is called a mother funking petite royale. I think this upsets me too much Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 4 2
