I have had them and she is a real nice lady, met her 2x

They are Medium for me, construction is great but all depends on the leaf....as do all Customs

if I am being honest, there are better Customs out there in Havana but hers are worth picking up if paying Cuba prices, not worth it if a premium is involved

others to consider:

Alex @ Comodoro, Jorge @ Club Habana, Reynaldo, LaChina, Yolanda and I am sure others as well

Just got back from Havana yesterday. Saw her twice at Nacional and chatted for a while each time. She works every other day from 8:00 to 20:00. I picked up a few different sticks from her and she even threw in a few for free and to try before I bought! She's great to talk to and I'll definitely go back when I get back to Havana.

I agree with rating her cigars medium bodied and intensity, at least the three vitolas I sampled. She rolls five different vitolas that I saw: panetelas, robusto, piramide, long piramide (Monte 2 size), and salomon perfecto. I tried the first three and will get around to posting a photo here later with some review notes.

I've seen her there many times and although I don't bring any of hers back home I always pick up some of her robustos to smoke there.

who is this Milagro Morales that lives in Germany?  https://www.instagram.com/sorgalim75/  I thought she was the roller.

Hotel Nacional has the short little guy rolling the times i've been there.

Not sure who that German Milagro Morales is, but the one I met at the Hotel Nacional was significantly older, and was still rolling at the hotel.

A very different lady.

Works out of Vienna and involved in the fine arts. A wonderful woman to talk to and look at.

Una maravilla?

Sit down with her. It is never too busy.

Introduce yourself.

Let her know what you like. Ask for a price. Double it to get what you want in terms of blend.

Thank her. Leave a deposit.  Pick it up in two days time. Pay CUC. Get to know her and enjoy the interaction.

I am not sure if it really matters if you paid 4 CUC or 8. Get cigars you enjoy. If it pans out ...great! If it doesn't , you will never really care. They will be more than smokeable.

A good roller puts into it what they feel. Give them the opportunity to feel what you are about.  That is what makes special cigars.

Yea depending on what the president says tomorrow, I would like to get something from all three of the lady rollers.

Bought various vitolas back in jan 16 - a few a bit tight - but the "siglo VI" seriously tasted like a nicely aged cohiba - but, as said above it problably depends in what leaves is available at the times

betta have one tonight!

She's a lovely lady. Doesn't get the love she probably deserves.

First met her 3 years ago, chatted with her a bit and she handed me a cigar off the table as she finished rolling it. Asked me to light it up right there.

Nice smoke, picked up a few from her.

I'll take Rob's advice next time down and spend more time talking with her about life in general and the characteristics I prefer in a cigar. Ask her to roll something for me and see what she can come up with.

Definitely worth stopping by to say Hi while you're at the Nacional.

Agree she is a great lady. I normally buy some of her cigars to smoke while I'm in Havana but tend to bring other rollers cigars back with me.

Great info folks.....Travelling to Cuba end of Nov. and we are doing a full day in Havana. Maybe a silly question, but is there much of a language barrier with some of the custom rollers I see mentioned? Would be nice to sit a bit and talk, but I'm an English only guy sadly. Thanks

Alex speaks pretty good English as does Reynoldo .Yolanda not so much. Jaunita speaks a little English, Cueto not at all.

I’ve not been to Cuba but have travelled to many Spanish speaking countries in my time.  You would be amazed how far even a little Spanish goes.

My recommendation, download the Duolingo app and practice 20 minutes minimum a day and when you go in November you’ll be able to communicate at a remedial level and understand some signs, menu items, etc. It will open up a whole new world and be a sign of respect to the torcedors and other locals you meet that you at least tried to speak to them in their language.
