Due to demand, we have a limit on numbers and the only way we could balance the invite list is to invite those Aussie members who have supported us over the past 12 months. Should Aussie members wish to bring some cigar loving friends not known to us, you will need to e-mail Lisa ([email protected]) with a list of those names and we will confirm with you 3 days after the RSVP final date which is 30th of May 2017. If we have missed any Aussie members in the invite, and you have purchased from us over the past 12 months, please PM me and I will send you an invite. Please do this asap. International FOH Members who have supported us over the past 12 months are more than welcome to attend. Hell, you are encouraged to do so! I have set aside a number of places for International Members. Again, just RSVP by the 30th of May 2017. So what is Havanathon? Havanathon is a celebration of friendship, laughter, loyalty and fraternity. It is about catching up with old friends and meeting new ones from around the country and around the world. For interstate and international members it starts with deck drinks and cigars on the FOH deck Friday the 27th at 3:30 pm. Space is limited and hence it is for Interstate and International members only. We will cut the drinks at 9pm as Saturday is a HUGE day as you well know On the Saturday, Havanathon kicks off at 12:30 pm and runs on until late. Cigars, Wine, Beer, Sangria, Mojitos, Great lunch, Pizza (evening), Bands, Competitions, Dancers are all included. Cost $200 AUD. I'm really keen to get to one and I think my wife would actually enjoy it. She loves a good mojito. We also have a new reason to visit Brisbane which would make it a lovely little tax write-off. I have had a host of emails/Pm's this week as to what cigars we will be having? (none of your business) Rob, my partner doesn't smoke ....but can she pop in (the answer is no), Rob is there softdrink?....there is water, Rob I have a peanut allergy, can you speak to the chef (eat before you come but pig on the spit is pretty safe), Rob I don't like Montecristo so can I get cigars from the humidor (piss off).
