It is rather, I’ve filed a claim with UPS but I expect them to be as helpful as their delivery driver was careful.

Nah, justified claim! They might want to debate the dropping thing (packing / cushioning etc), but two sticks missing is a pretty clear case. It can help to make / keep pics of the damaged parcel.

I do. I just wanted to use it for the photos. I post a lot of photos of the cigars I smoke on Reddit and one of the last pictures I always post is of the cigar with the band. Just my thing I guess. 🙂
