Popular Post El Presidente Posted February 16, 2015 Popular Post Posted February 16, 2015 Our Entree for the Birthday lunch was the perfect Paella cooked by brilliant chef Javier Codina (on my left) I love both cooking and eating great Paella but this was something quite special. When you didn't think it could get better, along came the lamb shoulder. Two great meals that make me want to go back now and indulge again! 9

Ken Gargett Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 the paella was good but that lamb dish was something beyond special. dish of the day by a mile. and one of the best dishes i've ever enjoyed. i also loved those octopus (cooked in wine corks) nibbles.

I haven't got a pic of that keith. It was a Canape but there was a cork/wine flavour throughout the tender octopus. Delicious.
