Webbo Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 As the title says if I am looking for dominant stone fruit flavours which regular production cuban gives me the best chance?
Colt45 Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I can't think of a cigar where I find it a dominant trait, but I have regularly found it an element in the Hoyo DC and Churchill as well as in the RyJ Churchill.
potpest Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 My Slr dc, regios and recent magnum 50's all have plenty of stone fruit.
JHands Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Mag 50 for sure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Smallclub Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Which fruit belong to the "stone fruit" category, in this case? Olive, cherry, almond, date, peach, avocado, mango, prune, etc. there are MANY different tastes…
earthson Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Mag 50, definitely. It's a winner. Also, SLR Regios for fresh fruit and RyJ Exhibicion #4 for cherry
subiemech Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 If stone fruit is what you want, then without a doubt get the Mag 50
tmac77 Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 I was curious as to Which fruit belong to the "stone fruit" category, in this case? Olive, cherry, almond, date, peach, avocado, mango, prune, etc. there are MANY different tastes… X2 to simply say stone fruit is a flavour profile in a cigar is pretty vague way to many types of fruit with a vast array of different flavours would fall into this category.
cigardoc Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 SLR Pacificos! like munching on an apricot!
Optic101 Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 Looking for cherry, R y J Ex 4, the 2012 is excellent !
dowjr1 Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 Not sure what stone fruit is or what it tastes like.
tmac77 Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 Not sure what stone fruit is or what it tastes like. Peaches, cherries, olives, dates, figs, , avocados, mangos, plums, and even coconuts are all stonefruits.
Habana Mike Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 Anything with a pit is considered a stone fruit. I believe the cigar aroma reference is typically oriented to cherries, peaches, plums, apricots, etc. 1
Maplepie Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 Anything with a pit is considered a stone fruit. Yupp!By the words of Doc Watson: How can there be a cherry without a stone? I gave my love a chicken without a stone. Sent from the Enigma on Tapatalk for BlackBerry.

... Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 According to Wiki, Philski is right The avocado (Persea americana) is a tree native to Mexico and Central America,[1] classified in the flowering plant family Lauraceae along with cinnamon, camphor and bay laurel. Avocado or alligator pear also refers to the fruit, botanically a large berry that contains a single seed I'll be damned!
Habana Mike Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 Never tasted guacamole in a cigar....at least not yet
