First Lady Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Well the past weekend has been horrid with temps getting to 42+ (107.6 f) so needless to say I spent most of my weekend in the pool . I hate to think what summer is going to be with it only bring spring what is it like in your part of the world as I hate summer :-(
cooper669 Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Well right now it is 21f and I think the high during the day was about 42f and it is not even winter yet!
gtejada Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 You would love summer a heap more if you were in my part of the world. We spent all last week in Colorado in -24 to -32 °C. I love the summer. No matter how hot its gets! 1
hoyopr Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Currently -2 C, this afternoon I cut the lawn for what I believe will be the last time for the year, cleaned and wrapped up the BBQ and afterwards enjoyed a HdM Epi #1 on the back patio. Clear blue skies but crisp and frosty in the mornings. 1
Coolio Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Well the past weekend has been horrid with temps getting to 42+ (107.6 f) so needless to say I spent most of my weekend in the pool . I hate to think what summer is going to be with it only bring spring what is it like in your part of the world as I hate summer :-( Don't worry Lisa there's some rain coming this week. The forecasts are showing showers from tomorrow morning then quite likely some storms from Weds arvo. My lawn needs a water real bad. It's basically a dust bowl at present!
polarbear Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 On Saturday we had a high of 39 degrees and an overnight low of 27 degrees. The humidity didn't drop below 70% (and topped out at 92%) all weekend. The missus wouldn't let me touch her and my cat spent the weekend asleep on the bathroom floor (coolest spot in the house) Gotta love the Build Up in the NT Thank god for Air Conditioning One day I hope to live in a climate where the Mercury spends more time below 27 degrees than above it 1
kuma Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Well here in the northeast of the states (Conn) the fall season is winding down where most of the leaves have fallen and the local hunting season (bow hunting where I live) is in full swing. Temp. wise weather is any where between 32 f to about 60f depending where the air flow is coming from. If the air current is from Canada / Chicago then we get that weather cold and frigid with so at times. If form the south up from Florida then rain and warmer temps. for the most part. Right now as I type this rain and drizzle for the 17th of November. Tomorrow clear blue skies with temps. around 40f to 50f not bad seeing how I have to work outdoors for my job.

It hurts to walk on the grass it is so dry :-( we so need rain
Troels Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Hmn - the grass is always greener I guess. Here in Denmark I havent seen the sun for a week. Its there allright - it nor an actual artic night, just heavy grey clouds . The trees is bare and theres occasional shovers. Havent found out how to post pics yet - but if you remember the atmosphere of the movie "the Road" - well pretty much like that Good thing about such a dreadfull Fall is that you appriciate spring and summer so much more
ShortFatHokie Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 47*F and drizzle as I type this, supposed to be 30*F with freezing rain and snow when I get home from work this afternoon. This time tomorrow morning, 14*F.

Squarehead Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Snowing here,we'll be getting about 10cm of it during the day and tonight it's supposed to go down to -9.Winter this year is exactly one month earlier than last year.
LordAnubis Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Holy **** Jeremy!!!! Will i get to see proper snow and all when i get there (if they let me in) !?!?!? I can't wait !!!!! 2
Arkay Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 This morning we have 10*F and 40 MPH winds. I hear it's warmer in Alaska!
TiminBC Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Extreme heat is not an issue where I live but neither is extreme cold. We might get a week or two where snow is around briefly but some years not at all. Winters are between -3 to 10 C. Right now we are hitting 8C day time. Summer hand in the mid to low 20`s but we have a week or two of low 30`s. The summer can be very dry and our winters are very wet and gray. For Canada our weather is as moderate as it gets.
Hash Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 The weather man tells us it is going to be a wet winter , this year, yesterday and today its been raining all day.
johndalton44 Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Dark, dreary, and drab. At least today, a cold and rainy Monday in Washington DC. Cold front moving in tonight with lows in the -5c range tomorrow. Joy
rodrigodeanda Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 The last couple of days the tempt has fallen just a bit down, but since it's still warm and summer is coming in this part of the hemisphere I won't complain!
Duxnutz Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Trying to get out and enjoy the nice weather here before the move back to Milwaukee next year. Bronte Beach in Sydney yesterday and the Bondi-Coogee walk. Great scenery - natural and human!
