Popular Post Skyfall Posted September 25, 2014 Popular Post Posted September 25, 2014 Easily the best cigar I've had in 2014! 2008 ERDM Torpedos Italian RE Review: Here's all you need to know Take a graham cracker, put a piece of chocolate on it, on top of that put a caramel dipped black cherry and then spoon some Creme brûlée on top of that. Shove it in your mouth. In the final 3rd, drink a cappuccino , and you will get an idea of what this tasted and smelled like. 97/100 7
Maplepie Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Uuuuugh. Too long, David. I'll finish this review tomorrow and get back to you with my thoughts. But wow. Not sure what i'm craving more now - your description or the cigar!!
Rye Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Now that just sets an awesome picture in my mind! I'll have to keep my eyes open for a couple of those.
Optic101 Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 This sounds lecker. Need to try this, ... mhhh ... i don't have the cigar, so I go with the cracker setup Great review.
Overproof Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Wow. What did you mark the last 3 points down on?

Skyfall Posted September 25, 2014 Author Posted September 25, 2014 Wow. What did you mark the last 3 points down on? To be a 98,99 or 100. It, it better make me change my pants ! 3
ramon_cojones Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 try to be more succinct next time dav thx for sharing
... Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 To be a 98,99 or 100. It, it better make me change my pants !Maybe if the cigar had been dipped in Louis XIV Cognac...
Lasabar Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Started reading this review during lunch and just now finishing it with my after dinner nightcap. Halfway through I blacked out through my brain overheating, but I came to around the end. Honestly, I would have liked a bit less word tapestry and would have preferred you just got to the point. Yes, you are a wordsmith and the DaVinci of spoken word, but I found your review to be a tad bit "Embellished" Maybe next time cut down the adjectives and just hit me with the cold hard truth. But, take this as my opinion and not as the forum consensus. 1
airtrade Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 A most excellent review! My kinda style.
Smallclub Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 I have smoked a box of this cigar, between 2009 and 2013. The first ones were bland, the last ones smoked in 2013 were very good, but they didn't hold a candle to the Vikingos, IMO. 1
garbandz Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 To be a 98,99 or 100. It, it better make me change my pants ! Oh come now,we all know you don't wear pants.....thong and chaps, perhaps, but not pants......and spurs!! good review,,,,,,,,,
Ryan Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Great review. I had one of these recently and liked it very much too. Sweet biscuity-ness to it. I must have a Vikingo soon.
mrsgucia Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Great review! Next time I'll try it with that graham cracker.
tjohn7 Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Can I get a few of those? That sounds like my wife's dream food experience. Maybe can convince her to let me smoke more if she gets those flavors secondhand Tom
ramon_cojones Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 I have smoked a box of this cigar, between 2009 and 2013. The first ones were bland, the last ones smoked in 2013 were very good, but they didn't hold a candle to the Vikingos, IMO. the one vikingo i had last month wasn't very flavorful which was rather disappointing
PartagasIV Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 I had a fiver of these that I blew through a long time ago. Very good. It'd be nice to have a 50 cab of these resting. Thanks for your review. Eloquence personified.
PigFish Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Hmmm… took a step into a Sees candy store. Bought one on a paper stick just the other day… -LOL All kidding aside, sounds like a wonderful cigar. Review, to the point! Thanks for sharing David… -R
Smallclub Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 It'd be nice to have a 50 cab of these resting. The box of 10 wasn't a good idea, given the spectacular evolution of this cigar between 2009 and 2013 (in my experience). The price (in Italy) was decent, a cab of 25 or 50 would have been a much better option.
cigaraholic Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 You've got to love those 4000 calorie cigars!
AndrewNR Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Im guessing boxes of these are long gone Looks great Skyfall, glad you enjoyed it mate.
