Stop Double banding epi 1's 2's, and short Churchill, wide Churchill, and mag 46, 50, etc.

Stop banding cigars in cabs

Stop making extra thick cigars

Stop discontinuing cigars like RA 898 and SLR Lonsdales, and then make RA superiores and PL Encantos

Stop making so many regionals

Stop messing with the blends

Stop all the special stuff and reinstate some of the regular.

You know the usual stuff so that when people tell me the ERDM CS tastes like a donkey's nipples, lightly brined in seahorse urine witha hint of parsley and a dash of key lime pie, I know they arent just full of ****.

IMHO, I think too many regionals stretches and forces Habanos S A too thin.

They Do make more $ though.

Concentrate on keeping everything consistent in regular production, and not on making 50 regionals per year. I do not want a diplo Spanish re, I want diplomaticos 7's and 4's. And I (personally) do not want a bolivar colossales, but I do want a HU SW to taste like a SW did/does.

If I ran Habanos:

1. Stop making any sticks over 55 RG unless it's a limited run.
2. Consolidate duplicate vitolas within the larger Marcas as much as possible. (Do RyJ and Partagas really need 5-6 different PC sized cigars each?)
3. Phase out Cuaba and Vegueros.
4. Use the reduction in product offerings to put the focus on quality.
5. Expand/Reinvigorate LGC, Trinidad, and maybe Diplomaticos by bringing back a few discontinued sticks.
6. Make all regionals and limited editions available in 10ct boxes.

I can agree... Way too many regionals and as recently released list shows most are thick RG. If they are going to release so many regionals I would wish they sold packs 5-10 to sample and make a decision before going into a box that costs so much.

Bring back skinny regular production! Wish to see more lonsdales, panatelas, and lanceros. A reliable range of perfecto sizes would be enjoyable.

Add more regular production to PL, QdO, Diplo, ERdM, and SP.

Those were great. I used to love smoking JL Patricias now they have faded away. Also RA Ramonitas. All the classic daily smokes.

We've had this discussion so many times... Fact is that A) The people on this forum do not represent the average cigar buyer/smoker by any means and HSA will make what sells or is perceived to sell well - wether we like it or not.

I'd i agine if I was running them I'd be looking at profit margins. I'd also be making the cigars with the limited tobacco I had that would yield the most return.
