Skyfall Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 $390 USD $683 AUD What about the aforementioned tease of a "singles sale"?
coug28 Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Any update on how these are smoking? I know its early, but for those that have sampled them, were they worth the coin? Furthermore, do you see the potential for them to get better w/ age?
Rye Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Any update on how these are smoking? I know its early, but for those that have sampled them, were they worth the coin? Furthermore, do you see the potential for them to get better w/ age? I smoked my first of these this past weekend, and it floored me! Beautiful flavors, great exaggerated ERDM taste profile, great construction, and all the signs, to me, of having very long, and sexy legs! I'm saving up for more!

Hope I can get a box soon

Jeremy Festa Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 I would love to get your guys feedback particularly in comparison to our video review. Had my first one on your rooftop when I brought my mates Johno and Tom along. The draw was very easy, but we put that down to the large ring gauge. It was obviously young, but was impressive. I recall discussing at length how much the caramel and hay combined to remind us of a bowl of Weet-Bix with honey! Want more!
Rye Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 I would love to get your guys feedback particularly in comparison to our video review. I'll try to take some notes on the second when I light it, and do at least a quick review. The first one had me hypnotized rather quickly.
canadianbeaver Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 $20 per for a very special cigar sounds about right. When you consider that a BHK56 sells for $90-100 here, your outrage is tempered.
Ophidion Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 I am going to fire one up today since its going to be 80 degrees and sunny outside. No reason not to celebrate another day alive especially one that is so beautiful.
CaptainQuintero Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 First day of real sun today so lit one up, based on the first third i have to agree with Rob whole-heartedly. Syrup/caramel and peaches, tangerine and cream. Second third everything became very muted and was essentially a very rich CS, but the sweetness and richness picked back up in the last third but it also started to show it's youth at that point. Loved the armoa of the box which could have been a box of Sir Winnies based on the smell. solid 90 point cigar based on the first third and it's potential, will be interesting to see how these develop over the next 5 years.
