Am no expert here, but having spent sometime in the forum here, i guess if you just place an order in the czar shop without reference to FOH, then you will get standard stock, which is PE , i guess. If you want HQ/PSP, then you will have to write to Di, preferrably mentioning your FOH id , i suppose, asking for the availibility of the vitola, price, etc. Veterans out there, plz correct me where i have erred
