Wow, if you can tolerate a HR of 245 per minute your heart muscle is working well.

It sounds like you are going to have an ablation done, these are pretty routine. Recover quick, thoughts with you.

Completely understandable Rob. It's clear everyone here firmly believe you need to take care of your family and health as a priority. And that someone else should take your turn on toilet cleaning duty this week ;)

Take care Rob and good luck. It's ok to let things slide a bit when you have such a great team working for you to pick up the slack. Priority one should be to get some well deserved rest. If you haven't got your health then you really can't enjoy everything else. Plus, with all the toilet scrubbing you'll be doing upon your return, you may need the extra strength and stamina.

Hope all goes well for your OP on Thursday ,I know how you feel mate as I to suffer from the same thing ,but does to sound as bad as yours ,it certainly gets your attention when it happens ,work can wait somewhat your health is what matters most ,get well soon my friend
