I HATE 10 count boxes

Thankyou for listening.... rant over!

I love 10ct boxes. Allows for more variety. I truly wish more cigars came availeble in a 10ct box format.

Rob if you don't mind may i ask why?

The list of reasons is many... some of them trivial and personal.

I dislike the fact that they leave behind the traditional packaging which I feel (no proof) allowed cigars to mature better. Like cabs and bundles for instance.

I'm not enamored by opening a box to see 10 measly sticks. It's kind of like buying a sampler bottle if whisky... it so unfulfilling.

I do own some 10 counts - but I had no choice as those cigars were only released in that way.

Maybe that's what I hate more - the fact I can't buy those cigars I like in any other box count.

I dislike the space they take up in my fridges.

I'm the exact opposite! I love 10-counts! It gives me a really good idea (better than 3 cts)of wether or not a particular cigar (year, code, etc...) is to my liking without forcing me to spend on a 25 or 50 bundle.

I second that

Robbo, buy two or three ten counts of cigars you like, put 'em in a bigger box - BAM! twenty or thirty faves.

No need to thank me.

This discussion will go much better if you all just agree with me ;)

That's what I did with RA Superiores. They're now in SLB's.

I agree but my wife wont allow more.

I think 10 cts have their place. Lots of cigars I would never get to try if they weren't available in a 10 box, especially some of the pricier LEs. Can you imagine if Behikes only came in cabs? :-D

I like 10ct and really like that the Partages E2 is coming in 5ct. :ok: Great quantity in which to try a cigar and see if a larger box is worth the investment.

Thank Goodness for 10 Counts, most of us are restricted in cash flow, the 10 counts allow a more affordable alternative to justify the hobby. Collecting 25 and 50 cabs just doesnt make sense to the weekend warrior. (The maojority of us i think)

ALL HAIL THE 10 BOX!!!!

I'd love to see Sir Winnies in 5 and 10 count boxes

I've been painting in the scorching sun all morning... then had lunch and went to my humi to select a Sunday smoke - seeing this Sir Winny I'm smoking right now come out of a 10 count would have been weird.

I guess I need to qualify my argument a touch - I hate cigars that only come in 10 counts! I'd love the choice between 10 or 25.

You see, those kind of problem solving skills can only be due to good book learning....

I don't mind the 10 counts but anything less down to singles I really detest the idea of getting online. I also quite like taking the plunge and say buying a whole box of BBF rather than having a single and deciding I like it. CCs are so variable what really can be learned from trying one cigar once?

I wish everything was available in 10, 25, and 50 SLB/Cab. Something for everyone's humi space, budget, and preferences. I'd gladly lose the 25 dress boxes in favor of 25 cabs.
