What are our finalists for the cigar of 2010

It is hard to believe we are almost into November

I am going to hit members up for an opinion on the cigar/s (no more than 3) that are the best you have had in 2010.

The only qualifier is that the cigars have to be from 07 08 09 10 which are predominantly the cigars which are available today.

lets get a list together which we can vote on and in December announce the top 12 and perhaps put together a sampler for the "12days of Christmas"

Trini Robo T's have been great!

Boli CE's from 08 were amazingly good.

HU Connie #1's from 08 were very good as well and so were the SLR Serie A's from 08.

Geesh, it IS hard to believe it's almost November. I have been very impressed with the flavor in the Bolivar Marc, mainly the Royal Corona and Petit Corona. The 08's are great, the 09's are even better. Wish they could improve the construction quality, it's still to common to have burn issues.

I have yet to try a '10 cigar. I am smoking only a few cigars from '07 and fewer from '08. My list of great cigars never changes. Have I lost touch with reality? I don't think so. Now back to my trophy wife and writing articles from my bedroom while in my pajamas!!! -Piggy

Definitely some fantastic cigars this year. I'd name the Boli Corona Extra FEB '07, the OCT 09 Mag 46, and the FEB '10 CoRo as my top 3 cigar experiences this year. The Boli, because it started my love for the marca, the CoRo because it was an elusive cigar for me personally, and when I finally got my hands on a box they blew me away, and the Mag 46 because they were given so much praise on FoH, and they lived up to the hype and then some!

While many of my favorites have been deleted (Partagas SDC my clear winner) there are many candidates as 2008-2010 quality has been impressive.

A few cigars that should impress right out of the gate..........

Partagas Lusitania (as noted elsewhere....quite the recovery)

LGC Taino (one of the most overlooked cigars in my opinion)

Trinidad Robusto T (likely a consensus champ.... HSA deserves the sound of one hand clapping..... will miracles ever cease??)
