    First Hoyo de San Juan from EML JUL 14, enjoyed after a spectacular thunderstorm. Beautiful smoke already, but will improve further. Yesterday, a Winnie from UBE JUL 15. All the classic traits in place for the long term, but, oh boy, did I need to work to get them. Stupidly tight draw.

    It's raining Ardbeg. My wife surprised me with another couple of bottles of the Ardbeg Dark Cove Committee Release bottling and I received my allocation of the Society bottling no. 33.133 "Whipped with happiness" - an 8 year old Ardbeg from a 2nd fill ex-sherry butt. Judging from the colour, looks to be a rather active refill ex-sherry butt too.

She is 39 years old, a beautiful and caring woman who drives, is a great cook and keeps a good house

    Medium strength. Started out muddled. Flavours of a cigar with a identity crisis out of the gate. Cigar settle down with that Diplo dna.......sourdough or something..(my flavour palate is weak)........distinct flavour. Nice cigar......is it a must have? No way. These come and go year after year. We will move on to the next program. Let the vendors do what they want. I do not care. It's not worth the trouble.

    Our host has sampler packs available and one of them is a PC sampler pack. It might be worth looking into. http://www.friendsofhabanos.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=122236 -Dan PC's is what I smoke the most of, so I think you won't go wrong with just about any PC. ... but that's just my opinion.

    HU2 (203 cuc) and Dip2 EML MAY14 (I87 cuc) next door at the Varadero LCDH Plaza Las Americas. Prior to that, the lady had opened a box of each from the display shelf and they both were full of beetle holes. She put them down and went into the humidor and came back with these beauties. Always pre-inspect your purchases here. *No Dip RE Excelencias at LCDH Varadero.
