2013 Hoyo du Gourmet, just an incredible smoke. Everything I want in these old and skinny Hoyos. Toasted marshmallow, cream, cedar and a little cinnamon spice, bit of chocolate. Tragic they discontinued such an awesome vitola, they need to bring it back!

Fruity sweet for the first 3/4. The last quarter became spiced peppery almost.

My first ever Bolivar, the Petit Corona. Oily on the palate right from the start (the cannabis kids might call it a diesel), and lots of savory spice on the final third.

‘98 Partagas Charlottes 5 5/8 X 35 Carlotas - Sourdough Rye, Spearmint, Buttered Popcorn. My love affair with these perfect little sticks goes back more than 20 years. I don’t know how many boxes I bought when they were disco’d but it’s in the dozens. One Hour in Heaven.

Trying out a HdM Palmas Extra JUL 25 for the first time. Seems decent, some floral notes, some sweet cream, but definitely needs to age a few years, in my opinion.

Petite 109, flawless construction and burn. It really is delicious, I can’t pick a favorite but this one is hitting the spot every time. Thunderstorm in the distance has got Mac rev’d up. Not that he ever slows down.
