Original movement but Omega didn’t do a green dial back in the day like this. It’s been redialed. Looks great thought and I have seen some of these around.

Judging by its size and the 9 o'clock sub seconds, I’d say it was a pocket watch that was modified to wear on the wrist. The dial has been redone to allow for its now sideways config. A cool piece, nonetheless.

Absolutely redialled. They did a great job. It now matches my car.

Looks great Rob. I got into watches so far that I know how to service and repair. Let me know if you ever have issues with it. Cal 565 is easy.

So did I. Loved driving that car, even though the AC was crap and I got heatstroke waiting in traffic.

100%. The air con was total trash. I was lucky enough to have a manual not a salesperson which I heard had plenty of issues.

I nearly fell for the Selespeed, but the salesguy talked me out of it. They gave me one to drive around for a month while waiting for my new car to arrive from Italy (I wanted a factory fitted sunroof). Enjoyed it for a while and was considering changing my order, but was convinced I was an idiot and stuck with the manual. I also had the Selespeed wheels instead of the standard cookie cutter Alfa mags.

Me in my youth with my 156 twin spark. I ended up doing a lot to that car and it was phenomenal driver. Other than the air conditioning, my only complaint was fwd. But it did handle very well and was balanced. I had it in Rosso Proteo. Wood steering etc.
