Popular Post MadridPuros Posted March 16 Popular Post Posted March 16 This particular JL2 just stood out over the previous ones I’ve had. And sure enough, scored a box the week after. 20
Popular Post ElLoboLoco Posted March 18 Popular Post Posted March 18 Smoked Steve Saka Muestra de Saka Krakatoa they had two years of aging in a cedar coffin, it was a 96 pointer for me. Top three in my 30 year career. I will never hit the elusive 100 pointer or do I need to recalibrate my expectations. 🤷♂️ 15 1
Popular Post Chibearsv Posted March 22 Popular Post Posted March 22 Libertador hit 94 points. So good and each one has been better than the last. My wife came out and asked what kind of cigar I was smoking. She said she really liked the aroma. 23 1

I have a few that are pretty young but been looking for excuse to try one. 🤣 2
Popular Post barrygoodvibes Posted March 22 Popular Post Posted March 22 By far this HdM Rio de Seco. Relatively young 2024 too! 94 points all day. 15 2

Glad I went deep so I’ve a few left to age some more. 6
Popular Post Namisgr11 Posted March 22 Popular Post Posted March 22 My first of 2026. Cohiba Robusto from a group of singles obtained in early 2023, so roughly 4 years of aging. Smooth light brown wrapper. Beautiful mix of creamy coffee, light wood, honey and floral notes in the first third. The honeycomb came on strong in the second third along with the floral/herbal character. Deeper flavors of coffee and wood mixed into the final third. Great construction with no touchups needed. Delish. The gorgeous early Spring day with 70 degrees of sunshine and blue skies out on the back deck certainly added to the experience. It helped a bit to ease the pain of a tepid Arsenal performance in losing the League Cup to the dreaded Man City. 10
Popular Post Lant63 Posted March 24 Popular Post Posted March 24 2006 COLA on Honeymoon, Siglo 6 GR also on Honeymoon, a 2015 Punch Punch from a 50 cab. Arguably the Punch was the best. 21
Popular Post Havanaaddict Posted March 26 Popular Post Posted March 26 70’s Romeo y Julieta Coronitas en Cedro First of all what a cool looking box, they just don’t look like this anymore. Such rich artwork colors and just classy. Ok now lets look at the cigar, wrapped in a thin blanket of cedar with it dark head peaking out. Sliding the cigar out I am greeted with a dark wrapper with even darker highlights. The smell is sweet like raw honey. It’s time to get this started with a clip of the scissors the small pointed cap falls into the ashtray. The pre-light draw is sweet with a chocolate mint taste. Let the toasting begin slowly bring the flame to the foot, then taking the first puffs. Wow an explosion for dark rich cocoa sweet flavor coats my palate. 1st third Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate it’s like biting into Hershey bar. 2ed third Now here comes the cherries Chocolate covered cherries to be more precise. 3rd third The cigar is intensifying it is so rich, getting a chocolate covered peanuts & raisins. Black licorice is one of the last flavors that is braking through. Final thoughts It is had to believe that this little cigar could have become such an amazing cigar. Never judge a cigar by the fact that it was a cheep machine-made back in the day. The flavors the intensity that have built over the 50ish years. A solid 95 + cigar 24 2
Travis79 Posted March 27 Posted March 27 This specific cigar is my new favorite. I have been on the search for more Partagas Lusitanias, but can't seem to find any.
Popular Post Boss Hog Posted March 29 Popular Post Posted March 29 This Edmundo Dantes Conde 54 Edición Regional México 2011 that I had on Thursday was definitely deserving of such a score. 22 1

Popular Post danny Posted April 4 Popular Post Posted April 4 99: • Cohiba - Siglo VI Gran Reserva (may very well be a 100-pt cigar for me as nothing has come close, but am holding out for now until I smoke a Dunhill Estupendos I got my hands on a few years back) 98: (blank) - purely out of respect for how good the CGR was 🤤 97: • Casa Fuente - Lancero • Cohiba - Robusto (MUO MAY 14) 96: • Cohiba - Esplendido (2012 El Laguito box) 95: • Hoyo de Monterrey - Double Corona (2018 Cab) • Ramon Allones - Celestiales Finos RE (2009) • Padron - Family Reserve No. 45 - Maduro (1st one I tried • Opus X - Angel’s Share (1st release w/ white secondary band) 94: • Tatuaje - TAA 2011 (lower score but in my Top-3 favorite of all time. Probably went through 5-6 boxes alone. Sadly down to a little short or 1.5 boxes) • La Escepcion - Selectos Finos RE (2011) • Partagas - Lusitania Gran Reserva • Bolivar - Coronas Gigantes (2015-16) 9
Popular Post Boss Hog Posted April 4 Popular Post Posted April 4 Romeo y Julieta Línea de Oro Nobles (SER DIC23). Simply could not fault this cigar whatsoever, regardless of asking price. Densely filled with tobacco. Impeccable burn and draw. 18
Popular Post Havanaaddict Posted April 10 Popular Post Posted April 10 70's Punch Royal Coronations Cola, Juicy fruit gum, Licorice 1/2 I would call it a 94! Blah Ok Good Tasty Heavenly 15 1
Popular Post MadridPuros Posted April 10 Popular Post Posted April 10 I believe from 2023. Beautiful honey sweetness and it really showed its 94 around the middle when it had bready notes that I couldn’t pin down. Jumped between oats and wheat. 14
Popular Post Çnote Posted April 13 Popular Post Posted April 13 Perhaps not '94' but examples of HQ I will look for in future cigars. 12
Popular Post simong Posted April 16 Popular Post Posted April 16 I used to smoke more cigars from the late nineties to ~2010 and then kind of forgot about them and only had a few a year for many years. So I have a few rather old sticks. The other day I smoked one of three Vegas Robaina Unicos I have from I think the year 2000. I think it is the best cigar I have ever had. Not much smoke volume but I didn't care at all, it was amazing. Anyone know what the Unicos' coming out of Cuba now are like? Any good? Worth buying more? 6
