happy with what your team did? not happy? reasons?

for me, a very solid though not spectacular draft for the Commodes. good O line pick to kick off because the more protection we can give JD5 the better. the corner taken later seems to be very highly regarded. and very much something we needed. a few other solid picks. the RB in the 7th will be interesting. i'm told we got some very solid undrafted guys as well, by people who know far more than myself.

where we fell short seems to be in not addressing the pass rush. but given that we are basically in year two of a complete rebuild, thanks to the coach and admin prior to the current mob having even less of a clue than i do, going pretty well and one can't expect everything in a year.

otherwise, iggles always seem to do well these days. dallas looks as though the early picks are very solid. aside from carter who seems can't miss, it does seem that the giants are a mystery - could go either way.

Mostly love what my BILLS did. Got 2 of my big time draft crushes in DE Jackson & DT Walker bolstering by far the weakest level of a weak overall defense. Three corners means at least one should make an impact. Not big on the trade up for Sanders, a DT I find overrated but hope I’m wrong of course. Love the blocking TE Hawks taken late - something we are severely lacking. Also love the energy from first pick Maxwell Hairston and he’s blazing fast. Solid B+

The Bears have crushed my hope on such a regular basis that I currently avoid it. I am in "show me" mode on all things Bears. They drafted some players, now let's see if they can play NFL football.

Feel pretty much the same. Would have liked a bigger receiver. But the guy will probably be our punt/kickoff returner. So all good. First two picks are great in my mind. Have no idea about the 7th round RB. I'll leave it to them to know what they know. I agree we still have a problem with edge rushers but will just have to see how that plays out. Looks like the other teams in the NFC East improved through the draft as well.

The Raiders are pushing in chips big time. I hope they make a huge splash. It's like that old girlfriend..."this time it will be different". This time feels different anyway, to me. Long time fan of the Silver and Black! Lyle Alzado was the first guy who scared me as a kid, lol.

I'm old enough to remember Ben Davidson, 6' 8", 275 who was an absolute beast and mean SOB. He didn't tackle, he would grind QB/RB's into the turf. I think he started the Raider's 'tough as nails' reputation.

He was an absolute monster. Later on he played Rexor in Conan the Barbarian.

i spent a couple of decades as a Washington fan thinking the same thing. but it is nice to dream.

absolutely no offence but does anyone really wake up in the morning and think, hey, that geno smith, he is going to win the superbowl?

So, 2026?

Phins had a decent draft, but the Ewers pick in Rd 7 is the most polarizing.  I'm a fan of it given how far down he was selected. I was hoping for Rourke, but the 49ers snagged him a few spots earlier.

This team's a dumpster fire, so hoping for 2030.

Cheers!

Charger fan here. Very happy with the draft! We possibly got a long term franchise RB, filled the WR room (one guy has serious speed) and added a few key players where needed. Excited to see what Jim dials up this year.

Now, what that says about me is a topic for another day. The perpetual optimist. Or masochist. Not sure.

Yes, next season (2025) and next Super Bowl, which is in 2026, as you mention. Heading home to NorCal!  Show those fools what real football looks like!
