It was never easy for me to buy Fundies or Sig V. But there were definitely some amazing opportunities. I remember walking into Cairo Duty Free around this time, and they had just taken a big delivery of Sig VI in tens, tons of boxes. USD300 each.

Very tough question. I’d pick vitolas in marcas I like and get plenty because I know I’d have second thought about buying them today. I also am considering what I have in my stash, and wouldn’t duplicate sticks I have a good supply of.

D4 and RASS were on average $200usd/box prior to the COVID hysteria. When I started buying Cubans in 2008 Bolivar royal coronas and RASS were $180/box. I bought many boxes back then. Price was never an issue. At $600/box, I'm out. I refuse to pay such prices for "average" Cuban cigars.

I have probably 800 CCs left all pre Covid. I try to smoke 2-3 a month hopefully lasting me 20 plus years.

I started to take pretty good notes from 2014-‘19 of my purchasing from who and how much. I get it, isn’t any retailers fault. But I still can’t believe boxes of slightly moldy 25ct Monte #2 used to go for 169 a box 7-8 years ago here, when you had the “hey they're slightly moldy” specials. Btw, those boxes of #2s after just 3 years down smoked absolutely amazing!
