Hes giving you the chance to try one! If its plugged you dont need to risk the whole box to find out. Just buy another! He's made them accessible to more people you see. 1
gormag38 Posted August 23, 2023 Posted August 23, 2023 what a joke. I hope people don't buy it, but I'm sure there are collectors out there who can/will. 1
dangolf18 Posted August 23, 2023 Posted August 23, 2023 Oh man I miss the good ole days when Cohiba LE were 30-40 euros. 1
Stevieboy Posted August 23, 2023 Posted August 23, 2023 Oh man I miss the good ole days when Cohiba LE were 30-40 euros.I recall buying boxes of Cohiba Robustos Supremos in Madrid at €25 a stick. I thought I was nuts paying that amount but then bought them anyway..Sent from my SM-S908B using Tapatalk 1
Carrie Nation Posted August 23, 2023 Posted August 23, 2023 Habanos keeps pi$$ing in our faces and we keep drinking it. 4
Hammer Smokin' Posted August 23, 2023 Posted August 23, 2023 some are, yes... but those who are have enough money to see it is caviar instead of piss.

The 33-35 euros was a splurge at the time. Fantastic stick, but I'm likely never going to be able to smoke another one at today's prices. 1
RichUK Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 I am in Tenerife at the moment and the LCDH have one of these. I had a good look at it this week, marvellous presentation, pricing just bonkers though.
Homer Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 There will be idiots (sorry I meant to say investors) that will be willing to buy those. who actually even cares anymore since the prices are out of this world.

These idiots have been making a lot of money from whisky, wine, watch and now cigar investing. Pure dumb dumbs!
Magnum Dongle Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 I one day aspire to have enough money where I can just buy something like this cuz I want to try it, but unless my lotto ticket hits, my net worth I'd have to hit to just off hand buy this... 😬
Homer Posted August 25, 2023 Posted August 25, 2023 These are for ultrarich people or criminals that need to use illegal money to buy something legal.
Koaxke Posted August 25, 2023 Posted August 25, 2023 I feel like it’s just a status symbol at that point.
NSXCIGAR Posted August 26, 2023 Posted August 26, 2023 This release might be the first one to be flawlessly counterfeited. 3

And they do one run of 3000 boxes as released . 3000 x 10215 USD = 30 645 000 USD Convert that to Australian $ and that is $47 727 750 for one run . 1

I wonder what the markup looks like through the chain? Farmers and workers -> greasing -> tabacuba -> greasing -> Habanos -> greasing -> government -> greasing -> regional distribution -> greasing -> regional politicians -> greasing -> local distributors -> greasing -> punters. I don't think I missed too many steps? 1

I can count on one hand the number of retailers I would buy these from (if I were crazy enough to want to), and of those only one can sell internationally. 2
