MC4 Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 Please vote for one, your favorite if you've smoked them, if not, pick the one you are looking forward to trying. thanks
Connoisseur Kim Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 Although I've never had any RyJ Linea de Oro before, I'd definitely pick Dianas since at least it isn't that humongous compare to rest of RyJ Linea de Oro cigars. 2
MC4 Posted February 20, 2022 Author Posted February 20, 2022 A couple of side by side reviews I've seen including Sutters, they preferred the Hidalgos over the others . But i agree, they are just insane.

MC4 Posted February 20, 2022 Author Posted February 20, 2022 Yah, that's a biased review from Sutters
SMELTZ Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 I smoked the dianas and they were not very good right now, maybe good down the line. 1 2
NSXCIGAR Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 They're just starting to trickle out as of the last week or two so not many have tried these yet, but beware that some of the reviews you'll see are from the pre-release versions that came out over a year ago and those are notorious for not being representative of the final products. 3
Bagman Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 Haven't had any. But had I been asked the same question prior to trying any of the Montecristo, I would have put Leyenda last (due only to size). But Leyenda is the best. So while I voted for Dianas (based on size, and for name it after our Di), who knows what will actually be the best. 2
Riverstyx Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 Smoked a nobles a couple weeks ago. Too young to say. 1
ha_banos Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 Would only really bother to try the Diana's. 56/57 RG I just won't bother going there. 1
Corylax18 Posted February 21, 2022 Posted February 21, 2022 I'm most looking forward to the Nobles. 56 RG is fine if its a Belicoso. I've got these on my short list of RP cigars to look for in Cuba. 1
medzikone Posted February 21, 2022 Posted February 21, 2022 Got sampler on XXI Habanos Festival in 2020. Still in my humidor. Also, we got another sampler of singles on Gala Dinner but give away two of three. Still waiting but opinions are divided: for ones it was perfect cigar, for others mediocre. 1
mtapia3 Posted February 22, 2022 Posted February 22, 2022 I haven't tried any of these yet, but I was told by a very reliable Cuban source that this line is not very good due to the tobacco being sourced from outside the Vuelta Abajo region. 1

The consensus on the pre-release versions was generally negative if I recall correctly. But as I said I would not base any judgement on pre-release versions. 1 hour ago, mtapia3 said: I haven't tried any of these yet, but I was told by a very reliable Cuban source that this line is not very good due to the tobacco being sourced from outside the Vuelta Abajo region. If this is true then the proper name for the line should be Linea de Pirita. FIgures as soon as the Chinese get HSA they start doing knockoffs!
