Popular Post BrightonCorgi Posted June 23, 2020 Popular Post Posted June 23, 2020 He's an expert at brake modifications. Here's his latest work: Top notch wheel refinishing as well. 1 5
nKostyan Posted June 23, 2020 Posted June 23, 2020 It's a good thing he didn't put any lubricant on it to keep it from rusting ?
Bram Smoker Posted June 23, 2020 Posted June 23, 2020 Only a real pro's pro knows to refinish the wheel while it's on the vehicle. Also have to admire him going all-in with the break and wheel mods and leaving that rust on the back fender under the door alone. Don't want to do too much.
garbandz Posted June 23, 2020 Posted June 23, 2020 why paint the rotor too ? now the brake pads will be contaminated with paint. and the color....what is that, off-peach ? crazing at the center of the wheels looks nice too...

I think that may be a leaf stuck to the seam; not rust. He did take the wheels off to do the "brake work". I don't know if he painted the wheel while on the car or not. He went all in on premium tires; it's only his family driving in the car... He's only done the passenger side of the car so far. 1
rcarlson Posted June 23, 2020 Posted June 23, 2020 No question that he is a "brake modification expert." WTAF?
Bram Smoker Posted June 23, 2020 Posted June 23, 2020 Looks like some black overspray on the breaks which brought me to the conclusion he sprayed the wheels while on the car. Good catch on the left. My eyes aren't what they used to be!
RDB Posted June 24, 2020 Posted June 24, 2020 I notice that @weirdneighbor has liked the OP... maybe it's him!
