Well, it might depend on if you had enough cigars. 

Nah.  I think it'd be an awesome honeymoon experience either way.

They Were the Last Couple in Paradise. Now Their Resort Life Continues.

They were surrounded by a fleet of staff, who were stranded themselves, trapped in an eternal honeymoon in the Maldives. Their adventure continues.

Freight and mail still gets through, right?

So cigars could still be delivered ...

Well, I think most of us would have loved this experience and situation.  Hopefully they have returned home and are able to regain their funds.  What a wonderful honeymoon and trip of a lifetime given the circumstances.

A buddy has been stuck in India since March.  Wife and kids are in the states...  Not sure when he'll be allowed to travel back.
