Feeling a little hungover today @99call? Relax, there are sure to be worse customers... endlessly making enquiries and checking prices and never ordering a damn thing. Plus, not many people write nice thoughtful reviews the way you do, so that's a valuable contribution to the board.

This is indeed a great place, and the team at FoH are five star amazing.

Haha...you've just outed yourself.....just kidding..... I know what you mean.   Forgive me I'm just holidaying In Japan and every soul is beyond wonderful........ It can't but help but get the feeling everything has gone to 'pot'.

I only discovered FOH in 2019. I'm a veteran CC mule from the mid-1990s...(sweating Customs), then on to Swiss purveyors who have been pretty good over the years. But once I gained trust in this place I've realized how truly special it is. The quality, selection and value is unsurpassed as is the enlightened banter. 24:24 has become a daily highlight. Kudos to our Aussie friends for creating such an enjoyable experience.

Great sentiments mate. Likewise, I can be a first class f#@£ing PRICK, but I get shown nothing but love. Touché Rob and the team. What a brilliant service and community that they have built.

I started buying in November and now, just over 3 months later, I have over $3K of FOH-purchased Cuban cigars in a $500 NewAir heated/cooled humidor.  Now that I think more about it, I'm not sure he did me a favor! :)
Just kidding.  I have really enjoyed this community and especially the great customer service from FOH.  Good people!

Dog rough this morning.  Sat on a Icebreaker in the sea of Japan. This should be a wonderful experience, but all I can focus on, is my pounding head, and an urgent need for greasy food....  

God damn Japanese whisky! how very.... very dare it do this to me!

Nice.  A fellow Yellow Jacket fan!  Lord knows we need something as a distraction from the endless disappointment.  I've learned to save those crappy gift fakes brought back from friends' Carribean vacations for those damn Dawgs.  They don't know better and sure as hell don't deserve it either!

Unless you tell me, I generally have no idea what members spend.  Di and Lisa certainly do but it is never a point of discussion among us.

It was my very cack handed, drunken observation of the death of the service industry.  In the UK their are very few places that still get a massive enjoyment out of providing a product and an experience that's enjoyable for both parties either side of the transaction of goods.  To me, I love being in Japan. I love the class, the old school celebration of doing things the right way.    

Sadly, I see this largely disappearing in the UK. Regardless of venue, your largely given number, or shoved in que. I run business and try follow the FOH model, but it suprising these days how many business appear not to be interested in return custom, they want to burn people hard first up, and content to never see them again.... It's pretty sad to see
