How are 2017 PSD4 smoking?

Curious to find out the community's concensus on 2017 PSD4 production. I know they are still young, but had heard 2016 was generally not a good year for PSD4 and am curious if things improved this year from folks who have smoked some (rather than just appearance).

From what I've read in the 24:24 copy, it's been hit and miss in terms of box quality. But I'm also curious how the good boxes are smoking, as I've been thinking I need some Party in my humidor.

I just got my box last Friday. They look great. Putting them down for a nap though.

I got a box from or host several months ago.  Smoked a few and they definitely needed rest.  Pulled one out last week and it was the best cigar I’ve had since a Juan Lopez #2 three months ago.  Hoping the rest of them come remotely close to that one last week.

Smoked a PSD4 from 2017 and guess what? It tasted better than my PSD4 from 2009.

So happy i got a full box of it!!!

I was gifted a few that were early 17 or so I was told. They were better than I expected... I have a box from i believe June 17 that I just got last month. I’ll pull one out and let you know this weekend as well as the exact box code.

Just received a box from a vendor last week TES 15. Have not heard anything about this code. For a box of PSD4 bought blind, they are absolutely beautiful looking sticks. Smoking through a MUL 14 box now that are delicious!
