El Presidente Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 Happy Mother's Day to all our mums on Sunday I will be cooking breakfast with my brothers for my mum come Sunday morning. Maria del Carmen Ayala is one spritely, fiery, loving and opinionated mum She loves nothing more than spending time with her "boys". I thought I would post this as a "reminder" to members just in case it slipped your mind. It was 2001 when I last forgot Mother's Day. I am reminded every year 3
rhcolbert Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 After having two kids I now use my birthday as Mother's Day. Can't believe the crap women go thru to make a baby. No way is do it.

Mum still calls me the day after her wedding anniversary asking why I didn't call. I never have. "Mum...that's dad's job!" doesn't cut it. I only acknowledge anniversaries ending in 5 and 0. It would take the pressure of me if Dad remembered from time to time. 1
TBird55 Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Very lucky to still have my mother, 87 years of age and good health. I am blessed.
