Ken Gargett Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 get well. mate of mine needed a double lung transplant recently (i guess no such thing as a single lung transplant) and he has never been able to smoke - a condition he has had for all his life. i had him convinced that he may as well have a cracking cuban the day before he went in - after all, what did it matter. those old lungs going in the incinerator. he was up for it but sadly, his condition deteriorated so much that when he got his new pumps (a very lucky lucky man), he had about 24 hours to go. hence, i suspect even the sight of smoked meat might have sent him off the perch. so ray, it could be worse.

Nurse kratchit just left, when I said, hey that hurts, she said it's supposed to, we get paid more for that. I want sleep, mental clarity (don't say it), rare beef and a. Petit coronas.
