So What Happened?

Thanks for your patience today. 

We were thrown into turmoil when Invision Power (board software provider) flicked the switch to the upgrade we have been working on unannounced. While agreeing to provide 72 hours notice, they provided none. Pricks. 

Of course, this isn't the new forum. There are days required to add the new features and fix up the kinks. Jason and Steve are working behind the scenes to alter a stalled ship to one that is under sail in the right direction. We are underway. 

Tomorrow will be beter than today. The day after better again. By the weekend we will be sweet unless we hit more unforseen snags and no doubt we will. Still we have the right people guiding us through. 

Again, thank you for your patience. We will be calling out for tests to be done over the coming days. Help out where you can. 

Huge thaks to Jason/Steve/Ryan for their taking up the call to arms.

Considering I don't pay a penny to be a part of this forum I think it is very gracious of you to even be mentioning it beyond the post that was pinned regarding the upgrade. If anyone is even remotely peeved about what is going with the transition between the upgrade then they are just simply, a butthole.

Really, the way I see it, we should all be sympathetic to you and the team trying to get things back in order. Good luck and thanks for your work.

Cigar smokers may be the most patient people on the planet.  Aside from wine drinkers, who else is willing to wait years to enjoy purchases like a box of cigars?  I think we all will be just fine waiting a few days for the Forum to be fully operational

Just started to have a mooch about and it's very nice. I presume this is why Tapatalk is playing up and won't connect to FoH, but this is not a bad thing as this new setup is working well on my phone and let's us do sooo much more. Congratulations all round and have a cigar!

Me no likey.  The "Unread Posts" aspect doesn't seem to be working worth a crap anymore.  Not cool of Invision to do it this way on you guys, though.
