It was great seeing the Perth Boys and their reaction, as they hadn't seen me in a couple of months. I did actually go really hard for two months 20km daily bike rides with my best mate JC, early morning gym and chicken, chicken and more chicken. No beer for two months and hardly any other alcohol and no bad food and small portion sizes. The contest was great Rob and thanks again, but more than anything I had a point to prove to myself. Heading to Singapore in a few days, looking forward to some clothes shopping.....for myself not the wife! To everyone that participated, congratulations on improving your health and losing weight. You mean I could have lost more weight if I actually went on a diet?!.... Nah! I enjoy food too much!! Hopping on the treadmill and going for fast paced long walks every day was good enough for me. Plus de-stuffing by hand the occasional 20' container of 12 tonnes of charcoal. Will still keep going as I want to get closer to 70kg.
