johndalton44 Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Roped into wedding planning and errands most of Saturday. Hopefully will have time and accommodating weather to smoke a cigar and some barbecue on Sunday afternoon. Headed to an event at the local B&M shortly so life could be worse for a Friday.
LGC Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Feed injured wife. Clean injured wife. Clean house. Do laundry. Feed kids. Clean kids. Feed dogs. Let dogs out. Entertain kids. Yell at kids. Change diapers. Repeat the above multiple times throughout the day until it's time to pass out.
ayepatz Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Cooking family dinner for Mother's Day on Sunday. Poker in the pub tomorrow. (Missus doesn't know yet.)
perkinke Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Have a meeting with local legislators in Saturday, then to the farmers market with the gf looking for plant starts, then maybe a winery in the way home. Sunday hope to build a couple easy benches for the backyard.

Orion21 Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 House of Cards Seriously, my plans as well. I hope it doesn't jump the Shark. It came close last season, but wen to the edge and then backed off. Looking forward to some more Frank Underwood.
HarveyBoulevard Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Well, its an action packed weekend but not sure you want to live vicariously this time Rob. Friday Night: Chuck 'E' Cheese's for the toddler's school fundraiser. For anyone who doesn't know what this place is, let me paint a picture... (See photo below) Fill that with smelly kids and cardboard pizza and you get the idea. The only redeeming feature is seeing my daughter's face light up when she is there. I'd spend all day in that hell just to see her face. Saturday Morning: Polar Plunge for Special Olympics charity. I will again paint a picture. This will be in Big Bear Lake, California where the temp will be 50 degrees F / 12 degrees C when I do this... (See photo below) Sunday: Wait for new appliances to be delivered during their 'window' from 8am to 5pm. -- I will keep cigars and booze on hand for the entire weekend!!

You forgot to mention lighting up a cigar to end your day after the kids are in bed and the wife is asleep.
gojira Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Just had a 1 1/2 hour facetime conversation with my brother about a possible vacation in Cuba in November and it seems that we got the ball rolling. Gonna watch a movie now and then hit the sack.
Drguano Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Saturday I will be preparing 29 kids for a week of astronaut training and Sunday I'll do what I'm told.
Jeremy Festa Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Went to a birthday party last night, at Vine in New Farm. Had venison carpaccio and some Chianti. Was fantastic. Today I am looking after my niece with my two girls. Will let them loose in the cubby house. Then I will do some gardening. Then skateboarding. Then have a beer. Then I am going to cook and watch a movie. It will be the sandwich from the movie Spanglish. The movie will be Respiro. Tomorrow is my sleep-in day. Whereby I will wake up at exactly the same time, and get pissed-off at my inability to sleep-in. Can't wait. Sent from my iPhone 1
Smoker Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Have to sort out my PC. Wanted a new monitor with 2560x1440 resolution. It meant installing a new graphics card, which has caused no end of problems. Along with this I am finally accepting that free upgrade to Windows 10, which means another 5000 man-hours to configure it into something usable. But then I saw this..... House of Cards I forgot all about that show! I might have to sit and watch that. Highlight of the weekend is UFC 196. McGregor is fighting, and although it is unlikely to happen, I hope to see his face smashed in lol. Mind you, his opponent is not my favourite person either. I guess it's a 'no lose', because one of them is almost guaranteed to be KOd inside 2 rounds.
skalls Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Well the weekend got off to a blazing start. Left work after my 3pm meeting wrapped up. Got home and bent over to pick up an extension cable. Pinched a nerve in my back. FML. Looks like I'll be icing my back, moving as little as possible, and enjoying some whisky to take that edge off.
drsupremos Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 wife has a conference in DC. Lived in DC for 8 years, haven't been in 5 years. Gonna go and check it out!
Pharmacovigilant Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 I coach a developmental basketball team for 10-11-year-old boys. This weekend is our season finale tournament. Win or lose, I'll enjoy a nice HDM EE come Sunday evening, to celebrate the conclusion of another successful season (i.e., one in which no one got hurt, all learned a thing or two about the game, and their parents stayed out of my grill). Swish!
El Presidente Posted March 5, 2016 Author Posted March 5, 2016 and their parents stayed out of my grill Miracle indeed Well done mate
BigRay023 Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Have to work today, hopefully a short day. Pulled my first Trini Reyes out of the humi today for a quick drybox. Will smoke that when I get home. Then it's a tough decision, watch the fights at home or Twin Peaks? I'm with Smoker, don't like MacGregor or the Diaz brothers, but promises to be one helluva hate filled fight! Excited to see Misha and Holly square off, I felt bad for Misha her last go at Rhonda. Bad mistake and over in 15sec. 1
terrantheman Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Last night while out plowing snow I began my weekend with a delish HURR at 3am, awesome cigar? Tomorrow I will be meeting up with a buddy that I haven't shared a cigar with for almost a year. Very much looking forward to a couple of cigars and catching up!

JamesNYC Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 URL=http://www.imagebam.com/image/0a8bfb469706807] Got home early Friday and enjoyed a 70 day aged prime porterhouse (click link for close up of the steak). Saturday work then off to Cigar Inn in Manhattan, bringing a pair of Lusis and 2 RJ Cazzies. My friend is bringing some rum and single malt whisky. 1
Smoker Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Highlight of the weekend is UFC 196. McGregor is fighting, and although it is unlikely to happen, I hope to see his face smashed in lol. Mind you, his opponent is not my favourite person either..... Nate Diaz is my favourite person in the whole world!!!!!
