I'll grab some when the Fenomenos are released. Appreciate the heads up!

I can't wait. I could have sworn I saw a post from that mentioned November for some of the new BR releases, but the latest post mentioned December and in Kuwait. How soon till us poor starving Americans can get our hands on some of those? If we have to wait too long, some of us might end up in the asylum and it will all be your fault @El Presidente😆

Just picked up a couple of the new Viaje cigars and a Cromagnon Aquitaine…

I dropped the ball on the ones I could've gotten a hold of. Enjoy!

I missed out on these last year, so I’m glad I walked in on them. Of course rolled by Aganorsa (like most Viaje cigars) so I’m expecting good things!  Having smoked a ton of Roma Craft cigars, there’s no expectation, just “more of the same” awesomeness from them. 🙂

Picked up two boxes of The Late Hour Toros today.

I find that this particular vitola suits the blend wonderfully.

How do they compare to the Churchill?

The Toro is much bolder and consequently more representative of what this blend is striving for.

Full bodied with greater intensity and enhanced complexity.

Overall, it’s just more flavourful.

The Robusto is the worst of the bunch, in my opinion.

Hope this helps.

It does thanks, I was looking to give them a whirl. I liked the Churchill but would have liked a smidge more power. Toro sounds like a fit. 👍🏼

Just came home to these. Trying to have no expectations for a $4.50 cigar. But it is a Tatuaje, so…

Stay tuned for the coming edit because you know I’m smoking one ROTT!

Okay, here you go…

The wrapper was musty out of the cello, but the foot smelled sweet. And right from the initial light, the smoke was creamy and slightly spicy.

For being a Cuban sandwich, the ash consistently held on for an inch and a half or so with zero flaking. Halfway in, salty caramel notes and a small pepper and bready retrohale came before Brazil nuts and a faint Dr Pepper taste. Surprising, really.

From about the halfway point until the end, this was a medium strength cigar. Not as much earth and woodiness as I thought I would encounter. Rather, sweet tobacco and a very faint marshmallow hint finished this cigar. I was genuinely surprised at the cigar ROTT because it was $4.50 when buying by the box. This punches way above that price point.
