Rushman
Wife and I are making a pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach and topped with pancetta. Also making a milanesa napolitano. We made a tiramisu last night that's resting for a day or so. Loads of veggies, bread and wine. Omaida from lcdh is coming over as are our dear friends that had to leave the island a few months back. tmac77
Just the put the bird in the oven. Will be having all the trimmings roast veggies, stuffing, mashed spuds with sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, piles of my home made gravy, my special Wild rice/wheat berries/mushroom/chestnut cranberry medley, Some muscles and seafood for appetizers, and a bunch of sweets after. I didn't have time to do mince tarts this year but might get them done for new years celebrations.

Rushman
Also made a traditional tiramisu. Espresso from lcdh! And had some left over whipping cream/marscapone mix so we made a cocktail glass tiramisu with, of all things, ginger snaps soaked in espresso instead of lady fingers. I'm sure it's not original but it rocked! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Homebrew
Since i am working tonight, I couldn't travel to be with my family. So I am having a few pints of Guinness, and a Partagas Churchill Deluxe, for Christmas Dinner. Then off to bed, so I can drive 600+ miles tonight. Dave (A.K.A.
