CanuckSARTech Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 In no particular order: Monsdale ($5 CUC, $20 US / Int'l) Hamlet shaggy-foot robusto-extra custom ($5, $20) 2002 RA 898 ($40? Pretty please?) aged Cohiba Siglo V, Ago 2003 KMM box code [from Nov 2012 Havana trip, from aged cabinet in Club Habana LCDH] ($13, $30) PSP PL Encantos ($15) Keep the change (if using CUC's too). I'm a happy man. Money well spent. EDIT - changed some Cuban costs to reflect somewhat general "trade value".

canadianbeaver Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 So tricky... Very few cigars for $25. Most less and a few a lot more. The best ones at this price hypothetical at best as they are harder to find than good taste in music on a Ken mixed CD. So give me 5 Trinidad Robusto T's please. WTH. CB

In lieu, I'll say an aged Diplomaticos 1, an aged Cohiba Esplendidos, and an aged H Upmann Sir Winston for the three over $25

1LegLance Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 I am gonna go with PigFish on this one and cry about all the great cheap cigars that have been killed off....PC's, Lonsdales, Coronas... Of course the fact that I can't taste double the goodness in a $20 stick over a $10 stick (USD prices) means that I suck at this sort of thing. But if I have to play then give me the oldest discountinued of the classics that I can get for $25ea...
PigFish Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 They will throw in a wet blanket A wet blanket I can use. An over priced cigar is just an expensive lesson that I have already learned. I guess when I consider how much I am against the 'lets soak the customer mentality,' it kinda' bleeds over into the lets soak the vendor mentality as well. So I ask myself, is the idea to part the vendor from the highest street value cigars, or is it to get the greatest possibility at 5 great smokes? I'll take the odds and go for the RGPC's… If the offer is serious, just put the PC's in my locker!!! -LOL You take the bands off and they all look the same anyway. -R 1

Popular Post El Presidente Posted September 16, 2014 Author Popular Post Posted September 16, 2014 If the offer is serious, just put the PC's in my locker!!! -LOL You take the bands off and they all look the same anyway. -R To a point. The senses are....well... sensual! I want nothing more(than I have) personally, in cigar world or other. I could live off what I have stashed away and that will blow no one away. I am but a peasant in the way of cigars and all things in life. Keep your $25 cigars and give me a Partagas Connie 1/2/3/. I will choose it over a Behike or Cohiba Gran Reserva. Take away the Super model and give me a woman who can laugh and dance while putting up with me. The one who does it day in and day out. The one who cuddles on a couch. The one whom knows you. Cigars are not the same I know. But with time you know what you love. I can live with the basics because they are not lesser. They are more because of what they deliver. This is why we are not too far away from our core beliefs Piggy. My Top 5 Upmann Super Corona Partagas Connie 3 Partagas 898 Magnum 46 Upmann Connie A Keep the change . I won't miss it. 5
