As I peruse the FOH Forum here, I always wonder how people picked their handle. Some are very straight forward and some I am sure have some great back stories. Feel free to share if you are so inclined.

As far as my handle goes, HarveyBoulevard...

My last name is Bullard. Several years ago I worked in an office where clients could not always remember my last name and would butcher it one way or another. Ballard, Bullock, Billiard, you name it, I have heard it.

My favorite happened to be when one client I had met about six times comes in and asks the receptionist for "Mr. Boulevard". She (and the rest of the office) got a huge kick out of that one so that is what they called me for a while.

My first name is not Harvey (no offense to anyone named Harvey...it is a fine name). I do happen to have a dog named Harley. As a young bastard of a puppy, he got into quite a bit of trouble. He kept telling me it was is alter ego named Harvey. So, whenever he got into a bit of a pickle, he always blamed it on Harvey Boulevard.

I find myself yelling HARVEY BOULEVARD at least once a day as my pooch runs out the dog door to hide from the fury that is about to befall him. (I jest as I don't have the heart to give him a whooping)

When I first started at Czars in logistics many years ago, I wore these gladiator shoes one day to work and Lisa (my darling sister for those who don't know) said you look like "Zena the Warrior Prin

It's the name of my family's Estate.

Mine was bestowed upon me by the knights who say Nee (Ni, Knee)......

Had I known, nine years ago, that I would've still been here, I'd probably have simply gone by my name.

9 years.....

9 years.....

Nine years from now I will probably be thinking along those same lines. Like adults who picked email addresses like '[email protected]'. Hindsight 20/20 etc...

Back in school I was notorious for only drinking (for lack of better words) overproof rum. To start off, it was overproof Pete. Most people that know me either call me either proof or OP.

Edit: With regards to the pic.."All power to the people" ph34r.png
