Dbone Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 year after year after year. Every time I open my humidor I see these four boxes of Monte 4's, HQ's and PSP's from Rob outstanding. They were moved to the bottom but when I slide the middle drawer out I still see them. Guess that's what I'm smoking for the next while, just want to get them out and new stuff in. Same with a few others that I bought in on the two box rule well that was 5 years ago and I'm not even half way through box 1. Is this the ugly side of cigar hoarding? 1

Lol! Id be all over that!

Looking at beautiful HQ and PSP cigars is the joy of hoarding. The ugly side is the credit card bill. 1
Phillys Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Hmmm... I do not see where the problem is, unless of course you hate them, then just sell them!
Bclass1 Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Agreed... Have my fair share of boxes that I see almost every day myself.. Age baby, just keep aging away... If you don't need them, sell them..the hardest part is letting go.
pbibby Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 You can pay me in cigars to look at the boxes you don't want to anymore! Haha. In all seriousness though you should just enjoy the heck out of them!
Dbone Posted May 8, 2014 Author Posted May 8, 2014 Heh, I was not really complaining. The answer is to obtain more storage space. I see all these lovely boxes of whatever is hot now (there's always something that's hot) and I really can't pull the trigger because I have what was hot 3,4,5 years ago, which is not hot anymore?!? I need to see a doctor... or just accept Colts take.

nikesupremedunk Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 Since coolidors are cheap and spacious I'd rather get another cooler if I were you. I'm actually looking to get a second storage because I need more room and it'll be easier to separate some boxes that I want to rest vs smoke.
LeafLover Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 Drew, do like me. Buy yourself another fridge or aristocrat, give your brother your old one under three conditions: that he accepts all boxes from you to store, maintain the Rh and temp. 1

Mr.T Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 I hear you. My Aristocrat is full, but mostly of boxes for aging so to make space I feel it's time to dip into some of them. I'm going the coolidor way to make more room and store the regular, everyday smokes.
Dbone Posted May 8, 2014 Author Posted May 8, 2014 Didn't you say you love the cigars? Who cares what's "hot"? You may not like the newest "hot" cigar anyways... That's the sense I need drilled back into my head.

DoubleDD Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 Totally thought this topic was about something else.....?
LGC Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 You just gotta dress it up, or turn off the lights and use your imagination.
beamer Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 Didn't you say you love the cigars? Who cares what's "hot"? You may not like the newest "hot" cigar anyways... I keep trying "hot" cigars. And keep going back to my regular rotation. 1

tippexx Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 I have what was hot 3,4,5 years ago, which is not hot anymore?!? Or a lot hotter now they're 3,4,5 years aged ... all a matter of perspective really. 1
