Pedro2486 Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 I guess it's not really a song but the only one that makes me cry/brings tears to my eyes is the last post and reveille. Especially played properly
CooGAR Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Muskrat Love - by The Capt. and Tennille She's Like the Wind - by Patrick Swayze Sailing - by Christopher Cross Barney Theme - by Barney .....in all seriousness, I can't recall any songs making me cry. I used to be tough as a barrel of nails and couldn't understand why anyone would cry, say, while watching a dramatic movie or a moving speech. However, over the past 4-5 years, I've become a big softee. Balled by head off at my daughter's college graduation last year and sad movies and documentaries have caused me to tear up. I'm gonna be a wreck when my daughter get married!!

Fosgate Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 Hands down and this version. Cousin of mine invented a particular laser in college that Pink Floyd used in their stage acts. He slid off an exit ramp in his 58 Chevy custom pickup he and his dad built. Truck rolled down the embankment 4 times ejecting his girlfriend and himself. She was thrown clear but he was pinned under the vehicle. He was in a vegetative state and life support was turned off a couple days later. Biggest funeral service I ever witnessed. They played this tune at his funeral. Gets me every time. Taps is right up there as well. 2
