Everyone is wowed by different things and that's the way it should be. Imagine if we all liked the same thing. To answer your question, my definition of decent collection isn't about how much it's worth. It's about quantity of quality. Cigars proven to be outstanding and not regarded highly because they carry a second band or come in a fancy box. It's pretty hard to define which factory a cigar comes from with the current stamps.
