NJP Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Currently in Cotai Macau and the Cigar Emporium in the Sands complex have three boxes of the above. Not having tried before and they are not prepared to break the full boxes are they worth a look in?
1LegLance Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 very much a great cigar...classic Rafeal taste.... unless you have tried other RG cigars and hated them I would say it is a great choice. But if they are asking any sort of crazy price then of course stay away.
finecigar Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Wonderful cigars! Definitely a buy. I would go for a couple if I were you
ramon_cojones Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 love 01s of these, haven't tried new iterations
ritan Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 These are lovely cigars, wonderful flavors. If your time in Macau permits, buy one box and try some. Then run, don't walk, back to the Sands to grab the other two. I hope the pricing is not too prohibitive, 'tho. Let us know what you decide.
Hohenthal Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 I wish I could find boxes of these around here - if you enjoy them only half as much as I do, you have a winner right there Cheers, Alex
NJP Posted May 23, 2013 Author Posted May 23, 2013 Thank you gents greatly appreciated. I'm sold. I have a couple of days left so one by one I will convince myself to take the rest. I think these might be the gems of Macau. They have some customs in the Davidoff store humidor on the casino floor in the Venetian, as to the roller who was their its all lost in the battle of language difference.
laficion Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 When they are good, they are GREAT, enjoy your smokes.
Random Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 They are very mild cigars but I love them. I've got a half of the box from 07 month ago. Very nice cigars.
Lotusguy Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Love 'em and they are getting thin on the ground... If the price isn't too high, I'd pick up at least one box if I were you.
Andy04 Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 How much they sell for in Macau? From memory cc's are very cheap in Macau
Andy04 Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 I used to get my stock from a shop that is not far from the Grand Lisboa. Its in amongst all the Rolex shops. Definitely worth heading there for a look if you can.
