18 hrs of my life I will not get back

Don't forget the three hours of my afternoon you stole from me with your stories that I will never get back.

18 hours sound like more than just lunch. Take a couple days off Rob and reclaim some of that lost time LOL. Smithy can cover for ya :-). Kenny too

Must have been one hell of a menu, was it written by Tolstoy.

How much can you actually eat in 18 hours?

Had a little bi of everything:

Great mates, Great wine, Great food, Great cigars, Post lunch drinks, early evening drinks, late evening drinks.....being locked on the deck by Greg.

It was my first "lunch" for the year. It did lunches "Proud".

Just remember Prez - You can only conquer your lunch problem if you first admit to yourself that you HAVE a lunch problem.

Greg locked you on the deck?

What some landlords will do to make sure you pay the rent.

You must have been quite a sight climbing down the bamboo.

take a deep breath and move to a planet with oxygen.

it would take about 30 seconds before we had the "90% off everything" sale. i'd never be asked again.

i'm pleased to say that my lunch yesterday was infinitely more dignified. a mere 6 or 7 hours. mind you, it did involve a trip to hospital as someone managed to shoot himself (gun freaks, settle down - he didn't drop it) with a nail gun. right in the hand. very nasty.

finished with a bottle of port from a mate's cellar who recently passed away, as a tribute. he lost a lot of labels on his bottles but we knew he had lots of 70 and 77's - both great years. we had our fingers crossed. when the cork came out, turned out to be a quinta do noval from 1945! whacko. what a wine. and no one locked any of us anywhere. tho we never did find out what happened with that nail gun.
